大聖　釋迦牟尼佛祖2553年的聖誕是中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教藉以喚醒全世界民眾靈性覺悟的神聖的一天

Dear Guests, Dear Fathers, Dear Mothers, Dear Brothers and Sisters, Greetings! Today is the holy birthday of the Great Holy Sakyamuni Buddha. According to our Mahayana Buddhist doctrine, everyone has Buddha’s Nature. In the tradition of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism, the celebration of the annual Bathing Buddha Festival is the holy day for Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism to awaken sentient beings’ spiritual enlightenment. Hence, today we are also celebrating everyone’s birthday. I also hope every guest’s wish made to the Buddha to be perfectly fulfilled in the future. 2008 was a year filled with changes and major developments. Our Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism, made significant progress both within the Buddhist world as well as in overall worldwide Dharma dissemination. The Fifth General Conference of World Buddhist Sangha Youth (WBSY) was held in December of 2008 in Hobart Tasmania Australia, on this tiny island south of this Southern Continent in the Southern Hemisphere. Hobart has now been revered as a Holy Place by the countless disciples, devotees, Vajra Gurus, Vajra Elder Gurus from around the world within Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism. The theme of WBSY Fifth General Conference is “Buddhism Beyond Boundaries.” The Conference convened on December 4th and 5th 2008 and opened at the Baha’i Learning Centre. As WBSY’s President, I presided over this Conference. According to initial forecast, we were expecting Sangha youth delegates from forty-three nations around the world. However, due to various causes and conditions, natural and man-made, such as the closure of Thailand’s airport due to that nation’s social instability, as well as the civil war raging within Sri Lanka, numerous Sangha delegates were detained in their home countries. Therefore, all delegates and Sangha attendees at the WBSY General Conference regretted their absence, and consequently felt even more strongly about the needs to end wars, and the fact that the world needs peace. They were especially appreciative about the peace and beauty of Australia. However, neither the civil war in Sri Lanka, nor the turmoil in Thailand, could hinder our convening the Fifth General Conference of WBSY at this peaceful nation of Australia. Not only did we successfully hold this peaceful and triumphant Conference at the holy venue of Hobart; due to the participation of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism in WBSY, as the only Holy Tantra Buddhist School in the world to hold membership in WBSY, and under the pure arrangement of WBSY General Secretary the Most Venerable Anuruddha, this General Conference shines with Holy Tantra true colours. A golden dragon over two hundred metres long soared into the sky from China in the far east, and “flew” into Hobart. Solemn and sacred Holy Dragon Buddha Offering Holy Tantra Sacred Ceremony, WBSY Most Venerable delegates, over two hundred Sangha participants, Eyes Dotting and guidance by Australian government official, and escort by Tasmanian state police vehicles, all contributed to sharing with Hobart citizens the first event in the Closing Ceremony of the Fifth General Conference of WBSY. In this short two-days event, the entire Conference proceeded rapidly and smoothly. We finally completed a historic mission, and bestowed upon sentient beings the teaching form, ritual form, precept form, and perfection form, which had previously been preserved over the millennium away from the public’s eyes. Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism displayed in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of WBSY General Conference the original form of the never previously revealed Ten Great Holy Tantra Dharma Implements, as well as the supreme tantric form of ancient Indian Vidyadhara Esoteric Buddhist Bhagavan Homa, Indra Heavenly Net, Mandala Vajra Dharmadhatu Court, and Great Zong-chi Dharani Ceremonies. Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism orderly proceeded in yoga with the majestic rainbows and aurora of the southern hemisphere, which were in resonance with the two Six Cosmos Vajra Sceptres of Power in the faraway underground palace of Fa-men Temple in China Xian; their mutual paying of respects from across the globe demonstrated holiness and brilliance of Tantra Buddhism to all mankind. As the President, I delivered the keynote speech at the Conference on the theme of “Buddhism Beyond Boundaries.” The teaching form, ritual form, precept form, and perfection form of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism tower proudly upon the language realm of the transcendence revealed from the sea of great enlightenment nature of the Great Holy Sakyamuni Buddha. When the Secretary General of WBSY the Most Venerable Anuruddha, a high Sangha from the Buddhist nation of Sri Lanka, personally lowered the holy curtain of the Holy Tantra Mandala Shrine, which held the Holy Tantra Dharma implements of the Bhagavan Vidyadhara transmission lineage as revealed from the sea of great enlightenment nature of the Great Holy Sakyamuni Buddha, the Fifth General Conference of WBSY was announced to be completed in perfection. This signifies mankind has embraced the holy teachings with the ultimate virtuous kindness, compassion, and wisdom. The most ancient Indian primordial Dharma nature Asraya; using the teaching form, ritual form, precept form, and perfection form of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism; and using the language realm of transcendence; has transcended the millennia long situation of submerged transmission, and developed into a new realm of open extensive dissemination. From the past twenty years of Dharma dissemination, the current state of the holy teachings tells us that the progress and prosperity is like the sun in high noon. This not only signifies that this holy Conference has been recorded within the brilliant long chapter of the history of human civilization; it also reveals that a brand new great theatrical drama of Holy Tantra deliverance of sentient beings has just recently begun. Therefore, every practitioner who participated in this holy Conference is duty-bound to summarize well this historic event. It is also the source of the motivation for one to be purified, selfless, self-subdued, and diligent; as well as the source of motivation for undefiled purity, bright sunyata, fearless self-liberation, and fierce diligent progress. 28th of March 2009 was the opening of the Second World Buddhist Forum in China. I was invited by the organizer to be a formal delegate at this Forum. The invitation was jointly extended by the Forum organizers of Xing Yun Zhanglaoshi of Taiwan’s Foguang Shan, Yi Cheng Zhanglaoshi President of Chinese Buddhist Association, Jiao Guang Zhanglaoshi of Hong Kong Buddhist Association, as well as Ye Xiao Wen Dadeshi Chief of China’s Bureau of Religion. Using “Buddhism Beyond Boundaries” as the theme, my article was submitted to the Forum, and was accepted by the Second World Buddhist Forum. In summary, 2552 to 2553 on the Buddhist calendar has been a brilliant year. We are proud of the progress of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism in this year of striding forward in the world. We deeply feel that the great success of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism cannot be separated from the great support from the Australian government, Tasmanian government, Australian people, and Tasmanian people. Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism – Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism could not have grown without the tolerant multicultural policy of Australia, without the fostering and encouragement of Australian government, or without the dear, friendly, harmonious Australian people. For this, thank you Australians, thank you Tasmanians, thank you the Premier of Tasmania, thank you the Lord Mayor of Hobart, and thank you Australians for bestowing us our deep friendship.   您們好！ 
  今天是　大聖　釋迦牟尼佛祖2553年的聖誕，按照我們大乘佛教的教義，人人都有佛性，依中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教的傳統，慶祝每年的浴佛節，是中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教藉以喚醒民眾靈性覺悟的神聖的一天。所以今天我們也是慶祝大家每一位的生日。我也希望每一位來賓，向佛所許的願望，都能夠在未來得到圓滿實現。 
  2008年是一個充滿變化而有巨大發展的一年，我們中國漢傳密宗──聖密宗金剛禪佛教，無論在佛教內部或在世界大弘中，都取得重大的進展。   世界青年佛教僧伽會〞（World Buddhist Sangha Youth簡稱WBSY）第五次年會，2008年月12月於位處地球的南端大島更南端的小嶼，號稱天涯海角的Hobart, Tasmania, Australia召開。現在的Hobart已被中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教全世界的無數弟子、信仰者、金剛上師、金剛長老們尊稱為聖地。 
  2008年WBSY第五屆全體代表大會，主題是“佛教超越界限”。大會是在2008年12月4日到5日，於Hobart巴哈宗教中心殊勝召開，我作為會長，主持了是次大會，根據預先的統計，將會有全世界四十三個國家的青年僧伽代表參加，因為天時、地理、人和的種種因緣，時值泰國國內動亂，飛機場被示威者封鎖，所以欲通過泰國機場來澳洲的大部份的僧伽代表，便不能出席。另外斯里蘭卡內戰，也使許多僧伽停留在斯里蘭卡境內。所以，所有WBSY全體與會僧伽都對此感到非常婉惜，從而對戰爭感到非常厭倦，深切體會到世界需要和平，倍感澳洲和平美好。 
  但是，無論斯里蘭卡的戰爭，泰國的動亂，都不能阻擋我們在和平的澳洲，召開WBSY第五屆代表大會，我們不僅在Hobart聖地，成功召開了這和平的大會、這個勝利的大會。由於中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教加入WBSY，作為世界上Holy Tantra佛教流派在WBSY中的唯一代表，在WBSY秘書長Most Venerable Anuruddha清淨安排之下，使本屆大會昭顯聖密本色。一條長達二百餘米的金龍，從遠在東方的中國，騰空而起，〝飛〞到了Hobart。 
  莊嚴、神聖的聖龍供佛聖密聖儀，WBSY所有的高僧代表，以及兩百餘名參加盛會的僧伽，在澳洲政府的官員〝點睛〞引領，以及Tasmania州最高警察當局警車前後護送之下，與全體Hobart人民共同參與了WBSY第五屆全體代表大會的閉幕式的第一項儀規。 
  短短的二天大會，所有的會議議程緊湊而流暢，我們完成了一項歷史性的任務，將千年以降，弱水三萬，蘊道潛真的教相、事相、戒相、圓相，公開賜予給眾生，中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教原來秘不示人的十大聖密法器，以及至極秘相的古天竺持明密教薄伽梵護摩、因陀羅天網、曼荼羅金剛法界宮、大總持陀羅尼儀規，原汁原味的展現在WBSY的開幕式和閉幕式中。 
    中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教在南極宏偉的天象、霓虹、甘霖、極光的有機瑜珈依序展開，與中國西安法門寺曼荼羅地宮，南方東方兩支六宇宙金剛權杖，遙遙呼應，相互問禮，向全人類展示著密教的神聖與光輝。 
  作為會長，我以“佛教超越界限”為題，在大會作主題發言。 
  中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教教相、事相、戒相、圓相，以大聖　釋迦牟尼佛祖大覺性海中流露而出的超越界的話語境界傲然挺立。 
    隨著Most Venerable斯里蘭卡佛國，國師級高僧，WBSY秘書長、最尊敬的阿努如達長老，親手降下了象徵著　大聖　釋迦牟尼佛祖大覺性海中流露而出的---　薄伽梵持明密教傳承的聖密法器曼荼羅供壇的神聖帷幕，宣佈WBSY第五屆全體大會圓滿結束。 
    這標誌著全人類懷著極終善性的慈悲和智慧的聖教，最古老的古天竺肇源法性阿絲律耶從此，以中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教教相、事相、戒相、圓相，以超越界的話語境界從此越過了千年以降、弱水三萬的蘊道潛真、隱蔽流傳的狀態，開出一個公開大弘的新境界，過去的二十年以來的播教，聖教的現狀告訴我們，目下正如日中天，方興未艾。 
    這不僅標誌著是次神聖的大會，從此載入人類文明史冊的光輝長卷中，更顯示出轟轟烈烈的一場嶄新的聖密渡眾大戲，正處於如如舒展，欣開畫軸之時。因此，總結好這次歷史性的盛會，是每一位親身參與是次聖會的行者責無旁貸的神聖使命，也是清淨、無我、調伏、精進和離垢晶瑩、明空自鑑，無所畏懼自解脫，勇猛精進的動力之所在。 
    2009年3月28日，中國第二屆世界佛教論壇大會開幕，我受大會主持人台灣佛光山星雲長老  師、中國佛教協會會長一誠長老  師、香港佛教協會覺光長老師，以及中國宗教局局長葉小文大德   師的馳函邀請，作為此次論壇的正式代表。以此“佛教超越界限”為主題，向論壇遞交論文，拙文被第二次世界佛教論壇大會所採納。 
  總而言之，佛歷2552～2553年是充滿光明的一年、進步的一年我們中國漢傳密宗──聖密宗金剛禪佛教，在世界上大踏步的前進，我們為此而感到驕傲。 
    我們深刻地感受到中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教取得巨大的成就和澳洲政府、塔州政府、澳洲人們、塔州人們對我們巨大的支持所分不開的，如果沒有澳洲的寬容的多元文化政策，沒有澳洲政府的哺育培養和鼓勵，沒有澳洲人民的親切、友好、和諧，就沒有中國漢傳密宗－聖密宗金剛禪佛教的成長。 
    為此感謝感謝澳洲人們、塔州人們，感謝Tasmania州州長，感謝Hobart市市長，感謝澳洲的人民，賜予我們的深厚的友誼。 
  《佛教超越界限》論文在世界最優秀的網站《鳳凰網華人佛教》、中國佛教協會的《佛教在線》、中國高層次的佛學網站《龍泉之聲》等網站上以及其他多個佛教網站，予以公開發佈，這意味著世界佛教北傳佛教中的重要力量，中國佛教協會、以及中國佛教協會中的諸流派僧伽團體、以及中國的Most Venerable一誠會長、台灣佛光山Most Venerable星雲大師、以及香港協會Most Venerable覺光法師能夠寬容地認同和採納了WBSY第五屆世界青年僧伽大會的主題“佛教超越界限”，這也意味著接納了中國漢傳密宗──聖密宗金剛禪佛教，讚同我們WBSY大會所提出的期盼世界和平、宗教對話、建立全球倫理、全人類和睦、和諧共進的主張，對此，末學心存感激。
