谢谢　薄伽梵　爷爷慈悲恩赐弟子参加昨天星期五的法会。弟子很高兴　爷爷回来，　爷爷可以好好的睡觉和吃饭。

Thank you Bhagavan 爷爷for bestowing this disciple to attend yesterday’s (Friday) Dharma meeting. This disciple is very happy that 爷爷has finally returned. Now 爷爷can have proper meals and sleep well.

恭敬地聆听金刚永乐长老的教导之后，弟子明白我们做错事时，有时候我们不接受甚至怀疑其他人对我们的行为的批评。这是因为我们有魔障。

After respectfully listening to Elder Guru Vajra Yongle’s teaching, I understand that we sometimes don't accept or even doubt other people's criticism of our behavior when we are doing something wrong. This is because of our Mara-hindrances.

虽然　爷爷的教法是最高，但我们只是在学习的过程中，所以我们是有可能犯错误的。因此我们必须谦逊和心定，而且永远不要对自己感到太骄傲。

Although 爷爷’s teachings are the highest, we are still in the process of learning, so it is possible for us to make mistakes. So we must be humble and settled, and never be too proud of ourselves.

随侍　爷爷弘法的意义是学　爷爷的“常以软语，眷属不离。善和诤讼，言必饶益。”因此，弟子会向长老、上师、行者学习无我、调伏、精进，以及与学校同学分享圣法，和谐共处。

The meaning of following 爷爷 to disseminate Dharma is to learn “常以软语，眷属不离。善和诤讼，言必饶益” from 爷爷. Therefore, this disciple will learn to be selfless, subdued and diligent in meditation from elder gurus, gurus and practitioners; in order to share holy Dharma and be harmonious to my friends at school.
