[金刚法诚翻译]世界佛教僧伽青年章程〔之一〕
Constitution

I （第一章节） 

Denomination, Headquarters and Official Language

派别、总部和官方语 

Article 1（第一条款）

This Organization shall be named the World Buddhist Sangha Youth (hereinafter known as "WBSY").

本组织将被名为世界佛教僧伽青年（在此之后被称为 WBSY）。

 

Article 2（第二条款）

The Secretariat of the WBSY Headquarters shall be situated in any country which is approved by the Executive Board at its founding. For this purpose, the Secretariat shall be located in Gangathilaka Royal Temple, Megoda Kalugamuwa, Peradeniya, Kandy, Sri Lanka, R.O.C. Subsequently, the Secretariat of the WBSY Headquarters shall be situated where approved by under a resolution of the General Conference. Liaison offices, whenever and wherever necessary, may be established in any country.

WBSY 总部的秘书处将位于在被执行委员会审批在其建立的任一国家（地区）。 为这个目的，秘书处将位于在Gangathilaka 皇家寺庙，Megoda Kalugamuwa, Peradeniya, Kandy, 斯里南卡里, R.O.C 。随后, WBSY 总部的秘书处将位于根据全体会议的解决方法审批的地方。联络处，每当和必要时，也许被设立在任一国家（地区）。 

Article 3（第三条款）

The official language used for the Organization shall be English Language for all purposes. WBSY’s Secretariat may also use the national language of the country where it resides.

组织为所有目的使用的官方语言将是英语。WBSY 的秘书处也许并且使用它居住国家（地区）的国家语。

 

 

Registration : Registed by Buddist Department of sri lanka.

Objectives and Powers

目的和权力

 

Article 4（第四条款）

The objectives of WBSY are:

WBSY 目的是：

 

To develop Buddhist youth organizations and exchanges of Buddhist Sangha youth worldwide;

开发佛教僧伽青年和全世界佛教青年组织交流；

 

To assist Buddhist Sangha youth to carry out Dhammaduta youth activities throughout the world;

协助佛教僧伽青年在世界各地执行弘法青年活动；

 

To enhance harmony and relationship among the Sangha youth of different Buddhist traditions;

在不同的佛教传统僧伽青年之中提高和谐和关系；

 

To protect the Buddhist Sangha youth of the world from all forms of obstacles they might have to face;

保护世界佛教僧伽青年免受他们也许必须面对的所有阻碍

 

To develop the Buddhist Sangha youth through education and welfare;

通过教育和福利来发展佛教僧伽青年

 

To develop 'Buddhayana' in the world without discriminating between Theravada, Mahayana, Vajrayana or other denominations/traditions and to encourage unity in the world Buddhist Sangha youth;

在上座部、大乘、金刚乘或其它派别／传统之间没有歧视下在世界开发‘佛乘’和鼓励团结世界佛教僧伽青年

 

To protect and develop the identifying features of each Buddhist monastic denomination/tradition; and

保护和开发各佛教流派／传统的辨别特点；和

 

To bring the world's Buddhist Sangha youth members together annually to discuss support for the underdeveloped countries, to determine the matters of priority and to take action to support those countries.

每年汇集世界佛教僧伽青年成员来讨论对于不发达国家（地区）的支持，确定轻重缓急的问题和采取行动支持那些国家（地区）。

 

Article 5（第五条款）

To achieve the objectives in Article 4, WBSY has the power to :

达到在第四条款里的目标，WBSY有权力：

 

(a) To deepen the relationship between monastic youth individuals and the Buddhist youth groups from the different countries;

加深来自不同的国家（地区）出家青年和佛教青年组织之间的关系；

 

(b) To publicize useful news concerning international monastic Sangha youth and youth of Buddhist non-profit organizations amongst our members;

在成员之中公开关于国际非赢利佛教组织的有用新闻

 

(c) To promote the World Buddhist Sangha Youth to the World Buddhist Sangha members, Buddhist priests and non-profit organizations; and

把世界佛教僧伽青年宣传给世界佛教僧伽青年成员、佛教教士和非赢利组织；和

 

(d) To do all things necessary, incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.

为间接或直接完成上述目的而做所有必要的事。
