世界佛教僧伽青年的BACKGROUND
（世界佛教僧伽青年的背景）

The  World  Buddhist  Sangha  Youth  ( WBSY )  was  founded  and  arranged  the inauguration  meeting  on  February 8 , 2004  at  Katmandu , Nepal.  Monk  representatives  from  the  three  main  Buddhist  schools  of  thought , viz ,  Theravada , Mahayana  and  Vajrayana  from Japan , Sri  Lanka , New  Zealand , Nepal , Bhutan , India , Mongolia  and  Thailand  participated.  The  main  objective  of  such  a  body  is  to  create  a  global  network  among  the  Sangha  Youth  and  the  world. The  first  Executive  Board  meeting  was  held  at  wat  Sanghathan  Nonthaburi ,  Thailand  from  17 – 20  May ,  2004  where  important  issues  were  discussed  and  the  Constitution  of  the  World  Buddhist  Sangha  youth  Drafted. 

世界佛教僧伽青年（WBSY）在2004年2月8日在加德滿都，尼泊爾建立了和安排了成立典禮會議 。來自三大主要佛教流派，來自日本、斯里南卡、紐西蘭、尼泊爾、不丹、印度、蒙古和泰國的上座部、大乘、金剛乘的和尚代表們參加。這樣機體主要目的是在僧伽青年和世界之中將創建全球網路。第一屆執行委員會會議被召開在wat Sanghathan Nonthaburi，泰國從2004 年5月17 日- 20 日，討論了重要問題，並且草擬世界佛教僧伽青年的憲法。 

The  first  General  Conference  was  held  at  Buddhagaya ,  India  from  6  - 8  November  2004 

第一全體會議2004 年11月6 日- 8 日，在印度  Buddhagaya，舉行了。
