世界佛教僧伽青年的BACKGROUND

The  World  Buddhist  Sangha  Youth  ( WBSY )  was  founded  and  arranged  the inauguration  meeting  on  February 8 , 2004  at  Katmandu , Nepal.  Monk  representatives  from  the  three  main  Buddhist  schools  of  thought , viz ,  Theravada , Mahayana  and  Vajrayana  from Japan , Sri  Lanka , New  Zealand , Nepal , Bhutan , India , Mongolia  and  Thailand  participated.  The  main  objective  of  such  a  body  is  to  create  a  global  network  among  the  Sangha  Youth  and  the  world. The  first  Executive  Board  meeting  was  held  at  wat  Sanghathan  Nonthaburi ,  Thailand  from  17 – 20  May ,  2004  where  important  issues  were  discussed  and  the  Constitution  of  the  World  Buddhist  Sangha  youth  Drafted. 

世界佛教僧伽青年（WBSY）在2004年2月8日在加德满都，尼泊尔建立了和安排了成立典礼会议 。来自三大主要佛教流派，来自日本、斯里南卡、纽西兰、尼泊尔、不丹、印度、蒙古和泰国的上座部、大乘、金刚乘的和尚代表们参加。这样机体主要目的是在僧伽青年和世界之中将创建全球网路。第一届执行委员会会议被召开在wat Sanghathan Nonthaburi，泰国从2004 年5月17 日- 20 日，讨论了重要问题，并且草拟世界佛教僧伽青年的宪法。 

The  first  General  Conference  was  held  at  Buddhagaya ,  India  from  6  - 8  November  2004
