顶礼　薄伽梵　师父，以下跪呈上　金刚佛圣小活佛的同学（十四岁）参加2009年10月4日星期日举行的“中秋多元庆祝”法会后的感受。

英文原文弟子只是改正了错别字，中文翻译弟子则添了几句字以便完整了意思，标题《佛教是生命的道路，是快乐的道路》是弟子从原文抽出。

另一个构想到的标题是《一位十四岁澳洲少年参加中秋多元庆祝后的感触》

我在中秋节的经验是极之美好。我爱77号佛临道。成为一个庞大的快乐家庭的一份子是多美妙。［　王］大师说的话对我来说意义很多，我希望我可以多来，成为一份子，甚至参与佛教社团。　王大师的教导是那种一只耳进去，永远不会从另一只耳朵出来的［那种教导］。祂们是智慧和意义深邃的话语。

My experience at the MID – AUTUM FESTIVAL has been amazing. I love it at 77 Collins Street. It is great to be a part of one big happy family. Things that were said by Master meant a lot to me and I wish to come more and be apart and more involved in the Buddhist community. The teachings of Master Wang are the sorts of words that go through one ear and never come out. They are words of wisdom and meaning.

王大师的说话的意义，对我来说，意思是我们全部人都是一起的，我们的目标是互相生活之中获得快乐，并成为一体，一起和谐地生活。　大师也说我们分享美味的月饼，象征和谐，这种圣缘把我们连结在一起。这正是节日的意义之所在，与那些爱您的人在一起，而在我认识您们佛教团体里的人的那么多时间以来，我慢慢爱上了您们，　王大师、佛圣、Caroline、佛临，以及您们之中，所有向我显示仁慈的人，对我施予帮助的人。我相信，在佛教社团里，我有机会在美好的［人们之中，而这些人，广义来说，是我的］朋友和家人。而且，我有机会找到我自己，有乐趣和在〝家庭〞中的快乐。

The meaning of Master Wang’s words to me meant that we are all together and we aim to be happy in one another and to be one, and all in harmony together. Master also said that we share the delicious moon cakes as a sign of harmony and being and bring us all together. As that is what the festival is all about, being with those who you love and over the time that i have known you all at the Buddhist community I have come to love all of you, Master Wang, Buddhaholy, Caroline, Collins and all of you who have shown a kindness to me that has been a great help to me.
I believe that at the Buddhist community I have the chance to be among great friends and family. And I have the chance to be myself and have fun and be happy within the family.

我享受这个节日，特别是《开元圣鼓》和《圣密法狮》，我时时都享受点睛，让狮子可以飞上天空。月饼在可爱的罐里，我的家人将会在非常特别的场合，使用来盛非常特别的东西。月饼是非常美味，［我］盼望与我的家人分享，并且与茶一起来享受。因为传统而言，就是如此来品尝祂。

I enjoyed the festival and in particular the drums and symbols, and the lion dance, I always enjoy dotting the eyes so the lions can fly off to the skies. The moon cakes were in lovely tins that my family will use for very special things and occasions. The cakes themselves were so tasty and look forward to sharing them with my family and have them with tea. As that is what they are traditionally served with.

在我的礼物袋里有两本书［指法本］，我会阅读而且会非常仔细地学习。Caroline已经提议了会帮助我，如果我对书本里任何地方不懂，我就写在一本小簿子里，然后交给Caroline，她会解释给我听。我但愿寻找到快乐的中心点，［但愿］能够快乐，我感到佛教是生命的道路，祂是快乐的道路。我希望，我能在我繁忙的时间之中及时抽出时间来参加修持班。

In my bag of presents there were two books that I am reading and shall study very carefully. Caroline has offered me help so if I don’t understand anything in that book I write it in a little note book and hand it to Caroline and she will explain to me. I wish to find the center of happiness and be happy and I feel that Buddhism is a way of life and it is a way of happiness. I hope that in time I will be able to get time into my busy schedule for the meditation lessons.
