Prostration to Bhagavan Zhi-Ji Vimalakirti Adharma Patriarch Master for your compassionate bestowment for me to accumulate merits
I dedicate all merits to all sentient beings.
The killing that is constantly occurring on Earth, regardless of scale—such as the Russo-Ukrainian War in Europe, the conflicts in the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, including shooting incidents everywhere—are all acts of catharsis driven by the negative energies of this Five Turbid Evil World during this terminal Dharma age.
The root cause of this evil is anger, one of the eight winds and five poisons. Clearly, the Buddhist precept against killing, the first precept, is the only solution to this problem.
Ordinary people believe that refraining from the means of killing, that is, not killing directly or indirectly, constitutes refraining from killing, because worldly laws do not permit it either. However, in this universe, the three karmas of body, speech, and mind are all based on the mind.
Therefore, the first requirement of the Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism is that all disciples must not get angry. This is true abstinence from killing.
We are grateful to Bhagavan ZhiJi Vimalakirti Patriarch Master for granting us the opportunity to participate in this transcending ascension Dharma meeting, which once again helps us recognize the negative energies we encounter and take precautions to truly abstain from killing.
Of course, when collective karma arises, there is no way to avoid it. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to practise the Holy Dharma, which is the only true way to solve all problems. Let us all strive together to transform our three karmas into the three Tantras.
