Honourable Sir,
Members of Parliament,
Honourable guests,
Brothers and sisters in Dharma,
尊敬的先生們，
國會成員，
尊敬的貴賓，
在法內的兄弟姐妹：
Today we are very happy to be here.
今天我們很高興能共聚一堂。
Supreme Patriarch of Tantrayana Buddhism and Spiritual Leader and President of World Buddhist Sangha Youth, Most Venerable Bhagavan Zhi-Ji Vimalakirti and Sangha members of Tantrayana Buddhism to organize the Buddha Birthday ceremony we call the Vesak ceremony in Tasmania.
Tantrayana佛教之至尊宗師和世界佛教青年僧伽會會長及 靈性領袖── 薄伽梵 智及維摩詰 師尊帶領Tantrayana佛教僧伽在塔州組織我們稱之為〝 衛塞節〞之浴佛法會。
We are very happy to celebrate the Buddha Birthday with you in Tasmania.
我們很高興能與您們在塔州慶祝佛聖誕。

On behalf of World Buddhist Sangha members, congratulations to this occasion.
謹代表世界佛教青年僧伽會的成員，在此節日［浴佛聖典］ 來臨之際，我們祝賀您。
The Master Venerable Bhagavan Zhi-Ji Vimalakirti is not only representing Tasmania, Australia, he is the president of World Buddhist Sangha Youth representing 47 membering countries.
薄伽梵 智及維摩詰 師尊不僅是塔州、澳洲的代表，祂也是擁有47個委員國的世界佛教 青年僧伽會的會長。
Because he is living here, you are lucky, work with him. And I would like to, I think, for you Honourable Premier, members of Parliament, and friends in Tasmania, give him big hands, work to the people around the world. He needs more energy. Without your energy, he cannot work a lot.
