On behalf of the Alderman of the city of Hobart and all of our staff, I would like to thank you very much for the hospitality and generosity that you have given to our city.
謹代表霍巴特市議員及全體工作人員，我很感謝您對本市的款待與慷慨。
And I would like to say that you are indeed a very, very wise man, reason being is that, of all the places in the world you could choose to live, you chose Hobart, and I thank you for that.
我亦希望表示，您確實是具有卓絕睿智的智者。原因是，全世界有那麼多的選擇，而您竟選擇於霍巴特市定居，我為此向您致謝。
I thank you for participating in our community, I thank you for the generosity that you give to members of the community, and I thank you for inviting all of these beautiful guests tonight, to share in this wonderful evening.
我感謝您投入我們社區；
我感謝您對社會成員的慷慨的給予；
我亦感謝您在今夜宴請在座各位貴賓來享受這美妙的晚上。
I think we in the western world have a lot to learn from the Chinese culture. The Chinese new year is the time to take stock, to look back on your life, to be very grateful for everything you have, and then to go back to your family and friends, and share a very special time.
我想我們在西方國家，有很多需要向中國文化學習的地方。中國新年是一個反思的時刻，它讓我們回顧人生、十分感恩自己所擁有的一切，並與親友團聚，共同分享這特別的時刻。
I think in the western world we tend to get very busy and caught up with ourselves, and forget to stop and just be grateful of all that we have.
我感到在西方國家，我們傾向於太過忙碌而忘記停下來感恩自己所擁有的一切。
So we are very grateful Master Wang, and we thank you very much, and wish you a happy Chinese new year!
